Returning to the pub trade, having worked for the Morland brewery company some years ago, he is keen to keep the Sow & Pigs as a ‘real, traditional’ pub. Styvan enjoys his cellar work which earns him plenty of compliments on the condition of his beers.

New to the pub trade, Jennie is responsible for the catering side of the business and enjoys preparing and cooking for the very popular Banquets and the traditional Sunday roasts.
